CHASE was raised named and trained by Anne Desbon and as he grew she knew that CHASE would be a great field trial competitor. With regret she allowed him to come back home to run in field trials as he was bred to do. CHASE started his field trial Derby campaign after his sister DARDA.He won 1st place in the Amateur Walking Derby in Sept 2005 at the Vizsla Club of greater Cleveland field trial. He is a third generation PennHIP 90th percentile which is the best rating for hip hoint tightness. His dam Elsa is an 80th percentile which she was helped by her sire Ch. Fernwood’s Remington Ranger a 90th percentile(best rating) and an OFA excellent .Chase completed his Junior Hunter April 2006 with his brother Paradox Dew Point,JH owned by Casey and Megan Layman. CHASE was handled by Ann Keil to his American show championship.CHASE won a 4 pt Winners Dog at the supported entry for Vizslas the day before the Vizsla Club of Michigan specialty(his half-sister Payton won Best of Winners for 4 pts, over CHASE) under judge Betsy Yates.A week later CHASE won Best of Winners at the show following the Vizsla Club of Greater Cleveland Specialty for another 4 point major under judge Peter Watson of Australia.Ann Keil handled him to Winners Dogs and Dr.Nancy Heinold handled him to the Best of Winners award.Anne Desbon handled CHASE to a single point as a puppy and the last 14 points came in June and July 2006 under the care of Ann Keil who had CHASE polished in his movement and performance with help from his maturity. Chase’s brother Paradox Dewpoint,JH received a greater than 90th percentile on his PennHIP rating with a DI on both hips of 0.22. That is the third 90th percentile from that breeding that had tight PennHIP ratings on both sides of the pedigree.Dewey’s OFA hips were Excellent. CHASE sired a litter with AM.Ch. Paradox Pay It Forward Aranyoz,JH whelped in Australia December 2007. New Australian Champion Aranyoz Trinity Hill won Runner-up Best of Breed with owner Ruth Best of Huseges Vizslas March 28, 2009.
